Indus Metal Works, Pune is a team of well qualified and experienced engineers along with skill workforce having an excellent track record in manufacture and supply of a wide range of Carbon Steel / Stainless Steel and Alloy Steel based industrial process equipments and accessories. Our product range is widely used in various industrial applications catering to Boilers, Power Generation and Process Industries.

Located in Pimpri-Chinchwad industrial area, Pune approximately 150 km from Mumbai. Indus Metal Works with its two decades of fabrication experience, has gained a solid reputation as a trusted name for manufacturing quality products suited to our customers and end user requirement. More than 60% of our orders are for Export Projects through our principal customers or MNC and Government Organization.

Achievements

With two decades of fabrication experiences. Indus Metal Works an IS 9001:2015 certified organization, has retained its quality standards and delivery commitments and over the year have the experience of working under domestic major like Thermax ltd, L & T MHPS, Reliance Industries, Alfa laval and Praj Industries and also with supplier to manc this our principal customer such as Siemens, Hyundai, Aramco, PD Oman, Samsung, Babcock and Wilcox ltd. Indus Metal Works credits itself with manufacturing various types of boiler and process industries equipments in accordance with customer specified drawings and specification as per ASME Sec VIII/ IS12825 and API650 norms. Welding procedures and qualification for joining of similar and dissimilar grade of material are available and have been qualified under third party inspection agencies such BVIS, TUV, ABS and LRIS. We have equipped our selven with all types of welding techniques ranging from SMAW/ GTAW/ FCAW and SAW and with qualified welders and NDT personnel,we are able to provide a quality product meeting all customer requirements and Specifications.

Our quality policy provides firm commitment to the development and implementation of quality system by the management , by communicating to the organization the importance of meeting customers as well as statutory and requlatory requirements. Reviewing customers requirements and updating quality systems continously. Conducting reviews and providing adequate resources in ways of educating , training and identifying new process required towards manufacturing our products.

Assurance of Quality at Indus metal works

  • During manufacturing of any equipment , quality is checked as per the approved quality assurance plan. Inspection of various manufacturing stages is carried out by qualified shop personnel. ​
  • Wherever ndt is to be carried out it is sub-contracted to the approved inspection agencies. It is ensured that approved weld procedures and consumables are used , skilled man-power is employed and proper manufacturing practices are used to produce a quality product.
