Fired Heater

Fired Heaters are a type of Heaters in which a burner provides hot Gases that Transfers their Heat Energy to a Process Liquid or Gas flowing Directly through Coils installed inside the Heater Vessel. Fired Heater constitutes of Radiation, Convection and an Exhaust stack station, with the principal objective of an Process fired heater is to maximize heat delivery of the process side feed while minimizing consumption, maximizing heat delivery withvarying fuel quantity and minimize heaters structural wear and stack emission.

Indus Metal Works has an wide experience of fabrication of all of the three (Radiation, Convection and Emission/Stack) section of these Fired Heaters . Fired Heaters are manufactured in Multiple Module for Each Section with Overall height of the Fired Heater may go upto 100Mtrs . These Individual Module are Approximately of height around 4mtrs for Convenience of Transportation , and are Mocked up at our Works to confirm alignment and to further Reassembled at Site.
